Pauls joins Carlisle Bay from The Landings, Saint Lucia were he undertook the role of General Manager during which time the property transitioned from Rock Resorts to an independent hotel and won the World Travel Award for Top Luxury Hotel in Saint Lucia. Born in Canada, Lyle Pauls has worked in New Orleans, Chicago and New York before moving to the Caribbean in 2007. His wealth of experience in the hotel industry, particularly in the Caribbean will
ensure the continued high-level of service and five-star experience that Carlisle Bay, Antigua is known for.
