Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority appoints The Brighter Group

The Brighter Group has been awarded the UK PR contract for the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority following a highly competitive pitch process.

With immediate effect, The Brighter Group will handle all UK media stories for the destination and implement campaigns throughout the year. The agency will be pitching and hosting a number of press trips on various themes and to events in Antigua and Barbuda, as well as working on individual stories, launches and exclusives.

One of The Brighter Group’s first projects is the promotion of the Lord’s Taverners 65th Anniversary Tour which was announced on 28 July. The tour which will take place in Antigua between 12-16 October will see cricketing royalty such as Mike Gatting OBE and Andy Caddick join celebrities such as Nick Hancock and Jonnie Irwin for five days of pro-celebrity cricket to be played on the stunning beaches of Antigua and Barbuda.
